talking about wearing
make-up before and after your workout.
But, what we can help you with is how to show off your newly achieved
massive muscle mass. A secret many models along side with bodybuilders
use to
look more lean and defined.
TIP
#1:
Involves getting a razor and some shaving cream. That's right! Shave
it, shave everything. Shave your chest, shave your arms, underarms,
legs, back, etc... Who would'vd known you'd find a six pack in a
forrest?
A few myths about shaving involves people telling you
will itch. Yes, it does for the first time, your body just has to get
use to it. Use lotion to moisturize your skin as it helps with the
itching, keeps you smooth, keeps you from getting dry skin, and it is
also said to keep your hair from growing back too quickly. The lotion
on your skin also creates a glow effect to help reflect the light kind
of like tip #4 which makes you look bigger and leaner.
Weird how after you find out about this tip, next time you go to
the gym you start noticing how many big guys in there shave. (arms are
the first place to look)
TIP
#2:
Involves getting some sun and/or tanning bed. The shadow that the
tan creates on your newly created muscles makes you look more defined
and lean.
TIP #3:
If planning on taking photos, make sure you use great use of
lighting. Try it for yourself in a mirror, pose at different angles and
the light will reflect off your muscles and skin. Amazing how much
bigger you can look by just adjusting a lamp. Check out any
bodybuilding magazine along with any magazine of that sort and you will
see lighting is greatly used in taking pictures.
TIP #4:
Last but
not least baby oil, or some other type of oil. (they sell posing oils
and creams) Mostly used for competition as some have bronzing effect,
also used by models. But mostly recommened for photos and videos, it
gives your body that wet look. Take a spray bottle and mist yourself
down after you rub in some baby oil. Lift up a weight curl it up and
snap a photo. (make sure you flex) Wouldn't recommend wearing oil out
to the beach unless you plan on getting crisp. If going to the beach,
use a spray on sunscreen as it gives a little oily effect, water will
bead up on your skin on contact giving you the same effect as baby oil.
WHAT YOU
HAVE TO LOOSE:
If you are skeptic of any of these, just try it
once. You may or may not like the new look. But, what do you got to
loose? Hair will grow back, a tan will fade. It works for the pros and
it will work for you.
