Secret #3 involves supplements. Do we need all this stuff that makes all the claims. Is it hype or is it real? These companies mostly just want your money. But, there are reliable supplement companies out there that are just wanting to help us achieve what we want to achieve. THE TRUTH:
Truth is these supplements work, but only to a point. Take for example: There is proof Ronnie was big before he started with BSN. BSN does make great products. But there is more to getting big then just using BSN products or any other products to get results. Take someone who doesn't know how to diet to gain massive mass and they take No-Xplode thinking they will get big. Results will be minimum to non. Throw in a great diet with tons of carbs and tons of protein and start taking No-Xplode. Truth is you WILL get better results and notice differences of using and not using No-Xplode with a proper diet.

In previous videos we learned that Ronnie Coleman mostly uses real food for his meals. But we also DO know he also uses a protein shake supplement. Doesn't matter what brand you use or not but protein shake is a protein shake. Find one that tastes best to you because it will become your new friend.

In the first video; VIDEO #1 we learn what supplements Mr. Coleman takes to keep healthy. Taking in this much food and nutrients along with all the hardcore workouts and exercises it takes a toll on your body.

In the second video; VIDEO #2 you may have already seen in SECRET #2. We see what Markus Ruhl takes for supplements and nutrition. He mentions creatine. (Did you catch something here?) Does he overload the creatine? Sounds like he just stays in a loading phase the whole time he's on creatine. This may be something to look into.

For the most part the only real supplement that you need is protein powder to help supplement your meals. Because you and I both know it takes alot of food to reach these levels of protein intake and can get expensive. Protein powder will better help us save some money and time.
