Secret
#2 involves eating and nutrition something many leave out.
They leave
it out because they simply think that lifting a weight is what builds
the muscle. Which is WRONG. Lifting a weight breaks down the muscle
tissue, eating and rest rebuilds the muscle tissue. Eating and
nutrition is about 70% of the bodybuilding equation. Simply put, you
are what you eat.
What we learn in the nutrition department is facts from the pros. Want
to look like Ronnie Coleman then learn from his experiences and put
them to the test. Reason being that you hardly see many hardcore
bodybuilders this massive is because people in the world today are
lazy. I guarantee 90% of the people who learn these secrets WILL NOT even try
it. 5% will try but, WILL
NOT stick to it. Possibly the last other 5% MAY be hardcore
enough to stick it out and create the body they want.
VIDEOS WE WILL BE REFERRING TO
In
the first video, VIDEO #1
we look how Ronnie Coleman fixes his breakfast. A meal
consisting of instant grits, a few slices of cheese, and egg whites.
From
the video we can only pull out a few details. This is one of his meals
which is around about 9:35 am in the morning. First detail we see is he
uses a few packets of instant grits we are guessing 3 packets. This is
where Mr. Coleman gets the majority of his carbs (he must love
his grits!).
He gets his protein from Eggology's Liquid Egg Whites and we can see
clearly he uses 2 cups, which is 4 servings. With this information not
counting the cheese. He is consuming in one meal: 540 calories, 58
grams of protein. Again this is not counting the cheese. The cheese has
calories and protein. So add all this to the mix and you have yet
another good meal.

#2. We
see he is yet loading up on grits again along with a protein shake. In
this video he actually tells us he is consuming 87g of carbs along with
80g - 90g of protein. He tells us this is the best way to jump start
the day, assuming this is the meal he has when he wakes up which he
tells us is 7:00 am. So basically he is just worried about carbs and
protein so far and doesn't really mention anything about calories. This
is mainly due to if you are getting carbs and/or protein you need, you
are non the less getting plenty of calories. Just worry about protein
and carbs.
In Ronnie Coleman's 3rd video; VIDEO
#3 he is
demonstrating taking in some protein via Eggology Liquid Egg Whites.
Which is around 60g protein he says (52g to be exact). We did some
research on this Eggology Liquid Egg Whites and found the following

In this video Markus Ruhl tells us what he eats. As we compare these
two big guys they both have common traits. Both are freaking huge, and
both have almost the same eating habbits.
